Provides a food pantry. Serves Uintah County.
Documentation Required:
SS cards or birth certificates for everyone in the house, picture ID for self and spouse, proof of income.
Food Pantry Hours:
Monday and Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm
Wednesday 2:00pm - 6:00pm
County or Counties Served: Uintah
