      Was attending thanksgiving activity at the preschool right next door to the share food program on willow pass rd in concord. I was taken back at what I saw. If the woman I saw running the place today is a paid employee she needs to be fired and if she is a volunteer she needs to be replaced! I am also going to file a complaint on her with the church that is housing this program. The woman is the rudest human being I have encountered in a long while. She should be replaced and this program needs to be restaffed. It’s the day before thanksgiving I watched the staff take in a donation from Safeway at about 10:15am quit serving their clients elderly, mothers with babies and children leaving them standing in a growing line in the cold while they were literally going threw it and taking what they were wanting to take for themselves right in front of them while the woman in charge was having conversation about her dinner reservations for tonight and her upcoming birthday plans til she noticed on lookers which she then ordered the door closed and it remained closed for another 45 mins then at 12:00 noon they hung out a closed for lunch sign. I will never donate here I am sickened by the treatment of their clients! This program needs serious reform I hope this is read by someone that can make this happen because it’s a shame!
