      It sounds like you are referring to a lady that runs the pantry at Our Lady of Miracles church. There was a problem there with over-crowding and people cutting into the line. I think that's what made the lady very irritable. I was there a few weeks ago and I was too late for a ticket.

      the volunteer they had there on Saturday July 21st was sooo rude i walked in and was like ' good morning this is my first time here what do i do' she was like 'take the ticket and go outside and wait fore the bell' I don't know if my next question was stupid or what but i said' when i hear the bell where do i go' and she was like ' look i told you , now go back outside and just follow everyone else' i was like ' I Don't know who to follow you have people leaving people in the parking lot people on the corner and so many people complaining , i am just lost' she was like ' just get out of here' in so many words , so i should of just left and went outside , but she made me feel ...i just walked out. i walked about 20 blocks to get there and about 3 blocks on my way back i thought how much anger i have inside of me to say something like that, i felt bad , all i wanted was some food for me, my mother and brother. when i got home i really felt my mistake, but she should of been more humble instead of treating people like shit, we are already messed up we don't need people throwing that in our face when we come for support.
