    Provides Food Pantry Services to Boyd County and Ashland Area Residents.
    Anyone who wishes to use any facility in The Neighborhood must have a Neighborhood card. You must come to the CAReS office to get your card. Documents needed in order to receive a Neighborhood card are:

    Requirements:
    - Picture ID for everyone 18 and older in the household
    - Proof of income for everyone in the household (Either a months worth of pay stubs or current government letter stating amount received)
    - Last 2 bank statements (if applicable)
    - Social Security Numbers for everyone in the household
