    Serves: The Amesbury office provides support programs for residents of Amesbury, Merrimac, Newburyport, Newbury, West Newbury, Rowley, and Salisbury.

    Emergency Food, Shelter, Rent, Utility Program (EFSP)(for residents of Amesbury & Merrimac only)EFSP is federally funded financial assistance program designed to provide emergency support to individuals and families having difficulty keeping up with household bills including; rent, mortgage and utilities (excluding telephone, cable and Internet).

    Funds are available on a limited basis and are allocated on a first come-first serve basis after completing a client intake process and determining eligibility.
