      I was treated very badly by the assistant in the office, I don't know the name of the lady, but she has treated me twice in front of my daughter, with an arrogant attitude, and lack of respect, simply because I had lost my card from the center for meals, she had no consideration for me or my daughter, I registered on the application and I had 2 hours waiting, and I had proof of my driver's license, and vehicle insurance receipts, and the lady told me that I left... for me that was very humiliating, they should change that lady, if she doesn't have patience with people... and with the language... she told me she was 20 years old there, she's very arrogant... that lady, I don't know if she is the owner with that attitude, but it was not good to treat us with humiliation, all for going to look for food in that place... which is not my area but they had told me at the Food Bank, that if she registered me I could go anywhere...
