I am writing to express my gratitude for all the work you have done for me and the communities. At the same time I would to let you know that some volunteers ladies treated me incredibly rude today. I was asking for the director and their answers were extremely rude. I believe and I have the impression that they need more training and manners to deal with public in general. If the executive director of the program is always so nice to us, why some of the staff could be so mean to people. I just wanted to bring it on because kindness and respect doesn’t go together with being so rude to people. Thank you in advance and for your time and the work that you do for us.
