    Pantry Details, hours, photos, information: Honolulu Community Action Program

    Provides a food pantry. Serves Windward area on the island of Oahu.

    You need to register at the HCAP office on Waihee road before going to the food pantry, and they just need your ID. Its the first Tuesday and third Monday of every month. Registration is at 2:00 , distribution at 2:30, no one is allowed on premises until 2:00 p.m


    * Important: Please call the food pantries to confirm that the hours have not changed. We do our best to provide full information and details, but food pantries often change their hours without notifying us. We do not want you to waste your time visiting a pantry that is not open.
