      Felt like I walked into a total ambush. Called a four days ahead for an appointment. Got one made that got changed at the last minute. I stated that my family really needed the help, That is why I called that far in advance. When I did get my appointment finally, I walked into an ambush of being yelled and screamed at. Would of been different if the ladies had spoken to me privately, but instead attacked me with yelling and screaming in front of a girl who was a last minute ride and knew nothing of the nature of the situation I was being yelled at about. I have never felt so humiliated or discriminated against belittled and made to feel like such a piece of dirt before in my life. This has happened on other time too. Sincerely, Ron Harmon
