      Your food panty is the best, however, I live in Valley Jct. I never have enough gas to drive 22 miles one way to Ankeny. Jealous of my friend she gets free rides and goes twice a month. At least you give meat.

    Emergency food pantry at Hope Ankeny.

    Food Pantry Distribution Hours:
    Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

    Guests are free to visit twice/month and are available to shop for food and personal care items.

    They often have an assortment of non-perishable food as well as meat, bread, and produce when available.

    Volunteering Information:

    Volunteers are needed for two-hour shifts every Tuesday to greet guests, input data, stock shelves, bag groceries, and clean. Email to get connected!
