    There are NO requirements to receive emergency groceries at Iron Gate.

    8:30am - 9:30am

    Grocery Pantry Hours
    Pre-registering by appointment
    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
    1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

    The grocery pantry provides a self-serve grocery bag of basics and fresh produce with no required documentation. Guests can get grocery assistance from our pantry once a month. We distribute approximately 300 grocery bags of groceries a week, many to families with children.
