      So my wife and i wont be paid for a few days and had our car break down. The car is in the shop , expensive work would be an understatement. We are told by a friend about Joes place you know just to get us through the next few days.Why did we go there! The food containers are sticky and dirty. Aftercleaning off the packages enough to read the labels EVERYTHING is way out of date. Im not talking about a day or two neither. Try months, some stuff was out of date by over a year. I feel sorry for anyone in a worse position than we are now. We will be fine but JOES PLACE should be investigated. I know they get donations and tax write offs. If i wasnt smart enough to check the labels my family and I would be in the hospital. Maybe all the good stuff is what the volunteers were eating in the kitchen the whole time you think? STAY AWAY dont waste your time or get your hopes up.
