    Food Pantry Hours:
    Monday 10:00am - 12:00pm; 4:00pm - 6:00pm
    Tuesday 10:00am - 12:00pm
    Thursday 2:00pm - 5:00pm

    Requirements:
    Photo ID
    Proof of income for each person in the home
    Social security cards
    Birth dates
    Other items:
    Diapers, personal hygiene products, cleaning supplies, paper supplies, over the counter medications.

    Eligibility:
    Residents of Otsego and Plainwell School Districts are able to shop once per calendar month.
    Additional Services:
    Rental assistance
    Utility shut-offs or payments
    Medical payment assistance
    Prescription Costs
    Landlord/Utility Vendor Mediation
    Referral service to other human services agencies in Allegan County
