What are the requirements and what to bring when coming.
I went with an 81 year old friend to pick up a bag of groceries for her daughter who just got out of the hospital status post total hip replacement and requires oxygen 24/7. Had never been treated so rudely by the Pastor of the Church there. We were told she had to recertify and I find it funny that clients are not told the month before that recertification is coming up and to bring the needed paperwork the next time. He also stated that her Mother could not pick it up for her, even if a proxy existed. He turned her away after talking rudely and very ugly to her. He is the poorest excuse for a Pastor I have ever encountered. I told him he had given it to them before pending recertification and he lied and denied it. I know he did, as I was the one to pick it up for her. He has been caught in numerous lies and even asked us to lie on her behalf before. I would not. He was very racial in his voice tone and very loud to the point of it being very embarrassing to the 81 year old. I told him we would go elsewhere. He said 'Good, go elsewhere' and then told his worker to take her name off the list. We were sent away with nothing. He needs to be investigated. She said she has recertified once since the beginning of the year. He is a poor record keeper too. It has been seen that a pair of adults come in with three children and walk away with five boxes of food. What's with that?
