      They help people with some exceptions , if you are required to register as a sex offender you are not welcome here , you must have someone else get the items for you.

      This Pantry "The ROC" is one Pantry I will always remember. Their Polite, Helpful, and Understanding. Once i asked if they had a certain something? They SMILED and said "If we Have it, You can Have it." A few minutes later the volunteer brought me More Bags and Bigger that i could fit more groceries in. I walk so that Helped. Thank you all! Next time Im bringing two extra hands to help me

      These people are simply amazing. Through gods hands they have touched many people very generous very knowledgeable and the man up from prayed with me it was amazing

      The people who volunteer at this food Bank are so kind and helpful and they would never turn anyone away. The food is awesome and I am so thankful for this place.

    The Food Pantry is one of the largest pantries of its kind in Oklahoma City. Over 60,000 pounds of food are distributed each month through the distinctive blue awning at the entrance to the Pantry. The largely volunteer staff welcomes families from ten Oklahoma City zip codes.

    73127, 73128, 73008, 73112, 73116, 73120, 73122, 73134, 73142 and 73162.

    Requirements:
    Photo ID
    Piece of mail with current address
    Verification of each person in the household receiving food
    DHS letter of household member
    Social Security card


    Food Pantry Hours:
    Tuesday: 4:00-7:00 PM
    Thursday: 11:00 AM-2:00 PM
    Additional Services:
    Hot Dog Outpost--Receive a free meal w/ chips and drinks--Tuesdays evening from 4:30 PM-6:00 PM.

    Volunteer counselors meet with each family and individual to assist, discover and support. A grocery basket is then prepared and individualized for each person/family.
