      I was there early 3rd in line I had other things to do and Byron comes out and started talking about taking 80 yearokd ten 70 year old etc. I was the youngest 40 and by then there were 20 or so people so o would have had to wait forever and Byron was an ass very unhappy and I Will find a way to get him out I will also go to channel 5 news if nothing is done he is very rude and inconsiderate of others I am disabled and he had me crying I was very upset

      To whom it may concern, On November 20, 2019 my wife and I attended the food pantry in Winslow Maine as I am currently laid off from work and have very little to feed my wife and 16 son. About 10:00 AM a man named Biron came out and he began with a very negative attitude unbecoming of a man that is doing the goodwill of the Holy Father. He was facetious about the cold weather and lacked compassion for those that were in the cold. He made unnecessary comments and intentionally repeated his speech even though most of us heard what he had to say. He made us feel unwelcomed and made us feel like we were a burden to him. We were there for help and we were treated unfairly. Inside when my wife tried to explain that we did not have a physical piece of mail, but proof that we were residence of Winslow via a USPS official email. He told us rudely that he would not accept it because it was not proof and said that rudely said that not everyone had the ability to take pictures. We found him very rude to be in the position that he was in and made us feel small. For someone in that position he should have practiced servant leadership and show compassion. I do not know if this is acceptable in your organization, but my family did not feel welcomed and we will avoid going to that food pantry for help in the future as long as he is there. I am also sending a copy of this message to the administrator of the church as well as Diocese of Portland for rude misconduct. Such behavior is unbecoming from a Catholic charity and it will not be tolerated. I demand that Biron be removed from his position due to his lack of compassion. I am not sure if I am the first to complain about him, but I have witnessed today his attitude to all that was present.
