    Pantry Details, hours, photos, information: The Caring Cupboard

    The Caring Cupboard is a community food pantry that began in the Palmyra Church of the Brethren in 2001. The Caring Cupboard has grown into a community necessity, serving roughly 135 families weekly. Support for this venture is garnered by donations of product and money by churches, businesses, civic organizations, and individuals.
    The Caring Cupboard relies on the help of over 200 weekly volunteer hours to serve clients, stock shelves, receive product donations, and package product. Our clients are the near poor, a grouping that includes the working poor, the disabled, those who are retired, and single parents.
    The Caring Cupboard serves our friends and neighbors in the Palmyra and Annville-Cleona School Districts.
