Hello, True Vine Outreach Ministry would like to thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for any negative or uncaring feelings you may have experienced while attending our food distribution. Please be advised that we use volunteers to assist us in serving our community. If there were any complaints or concerns, we were not aware of them. Anytime that you may feel any negative treatment, you should report it to the staff in charge of the function, in order that any issues may be addressed. We have served our community for many years with love and care. Please do not feel discriminated against, in our efforts and procedures used to ensure that everyone is served. Again, our sincerest apologies are extended to you and your family. If we can be of any further assistance, please contact us. God bless you and we love you.
When I first started going to the pantry everyone was very kind my family starves for days in a row and they used to be very empathetic to that, but the last few months the friendliness has gone away and in its place just a cold unfeeling uncaring person na it makes me feel ashamed when I try and tell them that again my husband and I have not eaten in a number if days its almost like they don't Even hear nor care,I actually have felt a prejudism against me and I feel very discriminated against I have had a few incidents happen and actually have witnesses and proof of this I thought maybe it was just a bad day but it happened again and I'm a very sweet spiritual older woman and I don't deserve this I have seen them at the fairgrounds tell us no meat came in and they have a big watermelon box filled with meat they cover up and hide thinking maybe they were bringing to our local pantry but no we never seen it if they are taking home to their families and friends this is against the law that was donated to all of us I also have witnesses to this as well we all seen it and we seen a couple black ladies come out with things none of us seen nor received I feel I actually have a lawsuit to this for being treated unjust and degraded they made me cry in the way they've treated me thank you for listening and God Bless
