    Mission Statement APOYO has been at work in central Washington since 1999. Our mission is to help anyone who needs it, however we can. We provide outreach and advocacy to Latinx communities, act as a liaison between Latinx communities and private and governmental organizations, and foster a greater understanding of the presence, history, culture and contributions of the Latinx communities we serve.
