    Pantry Details, hours, photos, information: West Johnston Food Pantry

    Description: The Food Pantry is open twice a week in the summer and once a week during school to anyone in the Cleveland Area in need of food. The pantry is located behind the school in the long portable closest to the baseball field.

     Qualify: Each person/family is allowed to come twice a month to choose items from our Food Pantry shopping list. Customers are asked to complete a short survey and provide a state issued photo id, as well as, provide social security cards if they claim more than four people in their family. The list may vary each week as to what food is available, however one shopping bag per two family members will be given with the following items when available: fresh or powdered milk, canned or bagged beans, rice, canned meat or peanut butter, canned or fresh fruit, canned or fresh vegetables, bread, jelly (optional), cereal (boxed, oats, grits), eggs and mac n cheese.

    Normal Hours:
    First and Third Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
    Second and fourth Fridays from 2:45  - 3:45 p.m.

    * Important: Please call the food pantries to confirm that the hours have not changed. We do our best to provide full information and details, but food pantries often change their hours without notifying us. We do not want you to waste your time visiting a pantry that is not open.
